You know those ShamWow (towel) commercials you watch late at night and almost pick up the phone to purchase. Well, this is the dude who almost pimps you're ass into buying that mess.

It seems Vince had a little spill with a hooker he picked up in Miami last month.

The Smoking Gun reports that Methface Vince went to a nightclub and his 'lady of the night' Sasha Harris . They went back to his hotel room at the Setai after he agreed to pay her $1,000 and started making out when she bit down on his tounge and would not let go. This caused Vince to Chris Brown a bitch so he could run the halls of the Setai screaming in agony and the next thing you know the cops were called.

Damn! Miami be popping like that?! hahaha
Any hoo, to be fair to Vince I included his famous Shamwow commercial.

I been on Twitter for a minute now (www.twitter.com/honeygrip) and I totally get it in. But unfortunately no one ever responds to me. On one hand twitter is cool because it's a cool way to keep up with people while you keep it moving. You check in from time to time and find out what others are doing while posting what you are doing. On the other hand, it's creepy as people you may or may not know, have a way to know exactly what you are doing at any time. If you are a constant updater.

The funniest ish I heard thus far reguarding Twitter is that Jennifer Aniston dumped John Mayer because of his obsession with Twitter.

According to Showbiz Spy. Apparently, John would spend hours on the social networking/blogging website after telling Jen he was too busy with work to call her back. Maybe he just wasn't that into her.

I follow John, and from the looks of it, he's really not doing or saying anything remotely exciting. His tweets come off sounding more like the rants and banter of a raging twat. =/

A friend asked me why I hadn't posted on this earlier, it seemed to totally skip my radar.
Everybody's favorite asshole, Damon Dash isn't having such a great time right now.
Let's see, where shall I begin? hmmm?

It dates back to at least 2005, but I don't want to kick a man while he's down.

Within the last 2 years, Dame has had to liquidate all his holdings, had a couple of his homes in NY & LA foreclosed, owed the state of New York, more than 2 million in back taxes, some cars seized, some lawyers chasing him for payment for their services his bitter child custody battle over his oldest child Boogie, and had nasty little rumors about his fidelity to his wife and his best friends spread about him. Now comes word that his wife Rachel Roy has filed for divorce.

How could it all go so terribly wrong for you, Dame? :(

Poor Rachel, just gave up on a nigga. In his own defense he had this to say:
"My mistake was watching everyone else's careers and not watching mine."

Nope, not for protection. But for sport. She flew out a world famous tattoo artist from BangBang to add these weapons to her growing Tat arsenal. The artist shared the end result with friends via myspace.

He wrote:
“I really wanted to put it here… She loved ‘em.. But, cover girl wouldn’t have liked it much… and they pay the bills!” He continues, “Ended up doing it on her ribbs [sic]…”

Rihanna emerged flawless in NYC this week. She attended a few 'meetings' and even a belated birthday dinner with The Knowles-Carters & Brandy. (Brandy is rumored to be working with Jigga on something major.)

Any hoo- word is Rihanna & CB's lawyers are trying to make certain that Rihanna won't have to testify. They requested a meeting with the judge in his assault case to discuss Rihanna's possible silence in the court room. Rihanna's attorney, Donald Etra, is in agreement with the request, both lawyers believing that Rihanna's position was compromised when her involvement in the case and other information leaked, and that she should no longer be subjected to public scrutiny.

Needless to say- if they pull this off. It will ease a tremendous burden on CB. And ultimately make the prosecutor's case powerless.

Don't believe everything you hear...

Chris Brown and his people are now trying to spin it but Nickelodeon decided (AFTER yesterday's press release stating they would not) to remove CB's name from the event including removing his name & image from the online voting page. Apparently an email memo went out through out the company within the last 24 hours which instructed all of the time schedule in which to have his name removed.

DEFAMER posted a forward copy of said email. Excerpts of which I have reprinted below.

Producers: Please scan the site & call out any mention of Chris Brown anywhere.
Please report back with your progress.

This memo probably went out once Nickelodeon executives realized online voters (for whatever reason) were actually voting for him. My source tells me-He was a shoo-in for Fave Male Singer.
The Brown Camp, which is still doing everything they can behind the scenes to work out what they can for both Chris's image as well as his legal woes are sweating bullets. They originally believed the postponement would give everthing a chance to die down but with new and more "shocking" revealations dropping every few days it's hard. oh well. :

Fox 11 news in LA got their hands on a detectives notes and in the extremely graphic details about what transpired on the night in question:

"Christopher B and Robyn F have been involved in a dating relations for approx 1 and half year. On Sunday Feb 8 at 25 hours Brown was driving a vehicle with Robyn F as the front passenger on an unknown street in Los Angeles. Robin F picked brown,s cellular phone and picked up a three-page text message from a woman Brown had had a previous relationship with.
"A verbal argument ensued and Brown pulled a vehicle over in an unknown street. Reach over Robyn F with his right hand and open the car door and attempted to force her out. Brown was unable to force Robyn F out of the vehicle because she was wearing a seat belt. When he could not force her to exit he took his right hand and shoved her head against the passenger window of the vehcile causing an approx 1 inch raised circular contusion.
"Robyn F turned to face Brown and punched her in the left eye with right hand. He then drove away in the vehicle and continued to punch her in the face with his right hand while steering the vehicle with his left hand. The assault caused Robyn F Osmouth to fill with blood and blood to splatter all over her clothing and the interior of the vehicle. Brown looked at Robyn F and stated "I am going to beat the s–t out of you when we get home! You wait and see!?
"Robyn F picked her cellular phone and called her personal assistant Jennifer Rosales. Rosales did not answer the telephone but while her vm greeting was playing Robyn F pretended to talk to her and stated "I am on my way home. Make sure the cops are there when I get there? (this statement was made while greeting was playing and was not captured) after Robyn f faked the call, Brown and looked at her and stated, 'You just did the stupidest thing ever! Now I really am going to kill you.'
"Brown resumed punching Robyn F and she interlocked her fingers behind her head and brought her elbows forward to protect her face. She then bent over at the waist placing her elbows and face near her lap and in attempt to protect her face and head from the barrage of punches being levied by Brown. Brown continued to punch Robyn F on her left arm and hands, causing her to suffer a contusion on her left triceps that was approx 2 inches in diameter and numerous contusions on her left hand. Robyn f attempted to send another text message to other personal assistant Melissa Ford. Brown snatched the cellular telephone out of her hand and threw it out of the window to an unknown street. Brown continued driving and Robyn F observed his cellular phone in his lap. She picked up the cellular phone with her left hand, and before she could make a call, he placed her in a head lock with right hand and continued to drive the vehicle with his left hand.
"Brown held Robyn F close to him and bit her on her left hear. She was able to feel the vehicle swerving from right to left as Brown sped away. He stopped the vehicle in front of [address] and Robyn F turned off the car removed the key from inignition and sat on it. Brown did not know what she did with the key and began punching her in the face and arms. Brown began applying pressure to Robyn F left and right carotid arteries causing her to be unable to breath. She began to lose consciousness. She reached up with her left hand and began to attempting to gauge his eyes in attempt to flee herself. Brown bit her left ring and middle fingers and released her. While brown continued to punch her she turned around a place her back to against the passenger door. She brought her knees to her chest and placed her feet against Brown,s body and began pushing him away.
"Brown continued to punch her on legs and feet causing several contusions. Robyn F began screaming for help. And Brown exited the vehicle and walked away. A resident in the neighbor heard Robyn F,s plea for help and called 911, causing a police response. An investigation was conducted and Robyn F was issued a domestic violence protective order (EPO). Affiant conducted an interview with Melissa Ford who advised on Feb. 8 2009 at 2500 hours she received a phone call from Robin F from an unknown telephone number later identified as the telephone number of Officer Chavez. Robin F had advised Ford that she had been assaulted by Brown. At approx at 1 am Brown called Ford as nothing happened. Ford advised Brown that she had already talked to Robin F and was aware of what happened. Ford had advised brown that the neighbors had called police and that they were with Robyn F. Brown had asked Ford if robin F had provided police with his name. And ford advised him that she had. Brown hung up the telephone and did not call back.
"On Feb. 8, Brown turned himself in and was given a copy of the EPO and advised to not contact Robyn.
"On Feb. 17 Ford advised the affiant that she had received text messages from … a number that Ford recognized as belonging to Brown. In the text message Brown apologized for what he had done to Robin F. and advised Ford he was going to get help."

Anyhoo, your boy CB got hit with 2 Felony charges; assault by means likely to create great bodily injury and (the more serious) making criminal threats.

It's also being reported that Rihanna (in CLASSIC battered woman behavior) has excommunicated her family.

Her father revealed that no one in her family has been able to get in contact with her since the "reconciliation"

telling me that if Chris Brown's attorneys can't finagle a way to get him out of having to show in court tomorrow, his people are trying to get Rihanna to put up a good front in a show of solidartiy. I trust my sources...We shall see!

It really doesn't seem like the police or the prosecutors have as tight a case as they thought. Even with the teeny, tiny drop of Rihanna's blood found in the lambo and the Gucci Gown she wore on the night of the Clive Davis Pre-Grammy party that has some spots of blood.
