David Carradine, best known as "Kung Fu" star of the cult hit, 70's TV show was found dead in his hotel room in Bangkok, Thailand. It was first reported that he committed suicide (by hanging).
Officials in Thailand are now reporting that it appears his death was accidental and most likely the unfortunate by-product of an auto-erotic asphyxiation session gone wrong. He was 72.
