Last night PEOPLE magazine confirmed the inevitable. Rihanna & Chris Brown have "reunited" although I was told by my reliable source a week ago that they never stopped talking. Now, they are bunned up at Diddy's pad on Star Island near Miami.

It's the best PR move a guy could hope for, it would be hard for the rest of us to continue hating Chris Brown if Rihanna (his alleged victim) could still find some good in him. I blame that damn Diddy for this shit.

Much of what has been speculated or reported on blogs and/or reported in the media is wrong. M.I.A gave birth on Thursday to a bouncing baby boy. She performed at the Grammys on Sunday (which was her due date) with the "Rap Pack" Kanye, Lil Wayne, T.I. & Jayzus. There are reports that she was in early labor during that performance but whatever the case he baby made his debut on Thursday.

Congrats to her and her finacee Ben Brewer, who is the biracial son of Edgar Bronfman Jr., CEO of Warner Music Group, Bronfman comes from one of the wealthiest Jewish families in Canada.

So again I say congrats to M.I.A. good luck with that. :)

I have been shocked by people's honestly raw reaction to the Chrihanna smackdown. What's more hurtful is that people can look for any type of justification for the actions of Chris Brown. These antiquated views from this generation worries me.
There are alot of people who are very sympathic to him, and they are on both sides of fence.
The younger the females; the more closeminded they sound. And men, well men just plainly relate to the situation. Each of my male friends that I talked to about it have been pushed to that limit where you pray for the strength to not hit her. Or the opportunity to walk away before it escalates... What's most scary is that more often than not people's natural reaction is a reach to say she "must've done something." As one female remarked to me: "She popped it off."

This is not to negate her responsibility either. But we are talking about a very immature 20 year old, who is really not as sophisicated as she looks. And he is 19 years old, no matter what transpired that night the fact remains that Chris Breezy is sitting somewhere thinking about how much grief he could have spared himself if he had just walked away. I can guarantee you that.

Not walking away is going to cost him millions of dollars. I don't care about his fans. I don't care about his image. It is going to cost him time & energy to try and repair all of those other things. Just like T.I. & his gun charges or Michael Vick and his kennel club. People have moments of incredibly bad judgement. Period. Stop trying to make excuses for it.

As much as I agree with him. He is the minority.

This incident is proving that some people, are still believing that sometimes "assaults" or "violence" or "fighting" women is understandable. I find those people troubling. Shit, I bet you Chris Brown would tell you it's never okay to hit a woman. I bet if we ran down incidents, scenarios & examples of when it's okay, we couldn't get him to budge on it. He understands this now.



If you as a man has ever found yourself in that situation, where you are suddenly trying to explain your (weak) actions to let's say a police officer or detective, you'd agree with Chris too. I mean if there are justifiable reasons to hit a woman, why on Earth did he run away from the scene?? He should have stayed his narrow ass there and explained his justifiable reasons why what he did was okay and everything would be A-ok. The police would have said, "Mr. Brown-you're absolutely right; we understand-Goodnight". But unfortunately for all involved that didn't happen.

Is it hard to walk around in life and not want to attack people that we feel violate us, disrespect us or wrong us? Yes it is. But the overall point is it's never okay to use violence. And that goes for Rihanna too. If he was cheating and you busted him or felt disrespected than you are the damn dummy who should've walked away in that scenario.

Domestic Violence is real. And it's happening all around you to woman of all ages & walks of life. If you think you can justify a "random occurance of extreme brutality" what are you saying to young women??

Most victims of DV could tell you that this was probably not their first experience (Chris & Rihanna), it was more than likely the one that couldn't go ignored.


I listened to a radio show the other night we're young women called and ragged Ri-ri ass out. One woman claimed: "She wasn't no ride or die chick! Calling the cops on him like that...:[."

Young women with opinions like that need to value themselves alittle bit more. I'm just saying...

I can't get over how much this sad story consumed me today. I was way too busy to care; but I listened intently to the quiet whispers of opinions around me.

The Rumors range from crazy to scandalous. Sorry, I can no longer subscribe. The ignorance commenters on different blogs can outrage you.

Reports are that Rihanna a.k.a. Robyn Fenty [Rihanna, I hardly knew you at all], was assaulted in the wee hours (12:30 is wee for me-How sad?!) and that when cops showed up she was bloody & Bruised. One cop source told TMZ that she had two contusions on her on each side of her infamous forehead! *holds immediate laughter*

The source also described Rihanna's injuries resembled horns & she was bleeding from her mouth & nose. BLANKFACE! also claiming: "[she]look like an MMA fighter or something ... [It] looked like she was growing devil's horns."

The word is that Rihanna may have suffered bite wounds on one of her legs and arms, however, one source close to the situation tells us he doubts that is the case.

Apparently, I learned through some Chris Brown fansites that he has trained in Martial Arts...? I can't--who's writing this stuff??

Well, this would automatically make you think the injuries are possibly pretty serious, right? I mean serious enough for all to be shaken up very badly.

Reports were that Rihanna was still in the hospital the next day. Hospital witnesses also claim she was screaming & crying, now that couldn't have possibly been in a good way. SMDH!

Chris is scheduled to appear in court on March 5th. If there is a bright side. It's that Wrigley's has "cancelled his endorsement" it's suspended the campaign featuring Chris. Now maybe I can get that damn song outta my head.

Chris Brown is being investigated by the LAPD for Felony battery & assault. Apparently he & a unnamed woman we're involved in a domestic dispute which happened at some point early this morning after the Clive Davis Grammy Party. The only Official word is he has pulled out of his performance this evening. (which is serious!) and Rihanna's people have reported that she will no longer be even attending the award show. Both were scheduled to either perform or appear and both were nominated. Grammy producers are scrambling as I type (minutes before the show is to start to find someone to fill in Chris' performance slot. Word is Justin Timberlake & Al Green will step in.

*UPDATED* Al Green's performance looks like the threw it together at the last minute.

Rihanna & Chris were at the Grammy Party together last night. And many are saying Rihanna got hurt pretty bad from this altercation and that's why she is out.

Tameka Foster-Raymond has been hopitalized due to complications from plastic surgery in Brazil. Usher cancelled his Clive Davis Grammy party performance to rush to her side. No specific word yet on her condition. But the person who told me; said they heard it's pretty serious.

Tameka recently gave birth to Usher's second son & has 3 other children from her previous marriage. No details have been given about what procedures Tameka may have had. When you hear complications it automatically takes you back to Kanye West losing his mother to "complications after plastic surgery..."

Word is Usher had to send a top LA Neurosurgeon down there to clean her up. Neurosurgeon?

Lisa Raye spoke to a Turks & Caicos reporter about all of the drama surrounding her soon to be ex Husband and all of the things she is JUST NOW finding out about. Lisa claims that she was hoodwinked by the Premier Michael Misick into believing that he (which meant SHE) was rich...

She testified in court there about her husband's financial abuses, Lisa says she was led to believe her husband was worth $180 million, while he says he told her he was only worth $8 million. Lisa also testified that Michael let her think he'd bought her a jet, when in reality it was a lease. She also though Michael bought her a Rolls Royce phantom. He even went so far as to present it to her in front of her cast mates on the set of 'All of Us' with a big red bow on it. Turns out it was also leased, and in her name no less. Now Lisa's stuck with a $6,500.00 car note. It was also revealed that Lisa's name is on a $7 million dollar loan, that she claims to have had no knowledge of.

For as seasoned as Lisa Raye appears to be it seems like she didn't ask any questions, as long as the money was flowing in her direction. Shouldn't she have enough of her own bread by now to not be falling for these types of okey-dokes. :/

Old vs. New...

I can understand Old ass Etta James position on this issue, but she lacks some validity because while she may have spent the last 50 years singing this song for her supper. While I was away...

My hell began last Friday night. Morgan's grandmother picked her up for the weekend and I had all intentions of going out for the night. SO, multitasker that I am, I dragged my laptop in the bathroom so I could listen to the Rick Ross/50 Cent beef tracks while I got ready to go out. I took my shower and started twittering before drying off...

Next morning. Letters-Q,W,E,R,U,I and O were DOA. Dammit. My laptop keyboard was fried! Dropped my laptop off to be serviced on Monday and was forced to make my way through the world communicating solely via Treos & Blackberrys.
