Mayor Christian Estrosi of Nice, France held a press conference today to confirm that Brangelina DID in fact give birth to her twins there yesterday. Knox Leon and Vivienne Marcheline were born via c-section... not only did the Mayor confirm their birth he even brought out the birth certificates as proof to the public!
