Thanks to TMZ if you squint yo eyes you can clearly see that Usher V has finally surfaced! Usher and that damn Tameka took the baby out for a shopping spree. I hope this baby isn't aiding in a publicity stunt photo op for the purposes of drumming up interest in big daddy's album which should be dropping soon. I KNOW that's not th case...
